MTE is the best turf, and grounds equipment dealer in New York. I have shopped there several times over the last few years and have found the staff very knowledgeable and eager to help resolve my issues at hand. With the large selection of parts and fast turn around with service, I see no reason to buy online. I am glad there are locally owned stores like MTE to help when things go wrong.

I was looking for a Cushman Hauler to use around our property and found one on the MTE website. I called and talked to Sean who answered some of my questions. He said one of his guys Bob Doran would call me soon. Bob was great. He contacted me right away and we talked more about the Cushman and set up a time we could come out and look at one. After talking to Bob who was very knowledgeable, and test driving the Cushman, we decided to have a service done before receiving it because I didn’t know that much about them. The service was done promptly and Bob delivered the Cushman himself. We are really happy with the whole experience. It went very smooth and was very professional with great communication.
